Basic Explanation of Iaito Ordering:
(2010 year version catalog)

We have 3 levels of Iaito swords in basic.
Shoden: most economical swords   (page 13 & 14)
Chuden: most popular swords         (page 15 & 16)
Okuden: most expensive swrods     (page17 & 1 Cool

Price range will be as follows:

Shoden: for boys(No.30-M & 31-M)     33,000yen
             for ladies: (No.20-M to 22-M) 38,000yen
                     :      (No.20-S to 22-S) 45,000yen
             for men:   (No.10-M to 12-M) 42,000yen
                            (No.10-S to 12-S)  4,9000yen
1-"M" stands for cottong tsuka ito and "S" means silk.
2-You can choose tsuba from the 5 shown on page 13 except for boys.
The Tsuba number is from left to right: T-3, T-4, T-100, T-123 & T-134.

3- Tsuka ito color: You can choose from TM-1, TM-2 or TM-03.(Page 36).
4-Saya color: You can choose from SY-01, SY-02 & SY-03.(Page 37)
5-It will take approximately 1-1/2 month for us to make.

Chuden: Igarashito-M 50,000Yen
              Igarashito-S 59,000Yen
1-You can choose fittings from catalog page:
    Tsuba:            P29 to 31
    Fuchi/Kashira: P33 to 34
    Menuki:          P35
    price is based on brass fittings. if you'd like to choose silver, the extra charge will be:
    Fuchi/Kshira: 10,500yen
    menuki:            5,250yen
2-You can choose Hamon from the page 19. The 4 from the top are within the basic price,
    but, extra charge is necessary for other Hamon.
3-Tsukaito color & Saya color you can choose from the catalog page: 36 & 37
    except the 3 basic choices mentioned in the shoden explanation No. 3 & 4,
   it will be extra charge necessary.
4-It will take approximately 1-1/2 month for us to make.

Okuden: Nosyuto Nosyusaku                 72,000yen
              Nosyuto Kawamaki saku           93,000yen
              Nosyu Shinkensaku               105,000yen
              Nosyu Shinken Kawamaki saku 126,000yen
1-Nosyusaku is based on brass fittings & silk tsukaito.
2-Kawamaki saku is also based on brass fittings, but with leather tsukaito.
3-Shinken saku is based on silver fittings and silk tsukaito.
4-Shinken Kawamaki saku is based on silver fittings and leather tsukaito.
5-Of course, you can choose tsuka ito, fuchi/kashira, menuki and Hamon from the catalogue.
6-You can choose Hamon up to from 11kinds shown on catalog page #19)
7-It will take approximately 3-1/2 month for us to make this series.
